S.M.A.R.T. Goals Made Simple by S. J. Scott I have found this book very valuable. It really helped me understand a few things about goal setting that had been hard to grasp. So, I recommend it. I also like how Scott writes, but of course everyone is different.

This podcast is the one that is related to a course I am taking through Coursera and Yale. It is amazing. It is a 10 week course and I am learning a ton. I share a lot of what I learn on Discord. But until I figure out a way to do it on here on a regular basis, here is here podcast. It is awesome so far. I plan on listening to it every chance I get.
